Adobe Training Description

You may be familiar with using a certain software application and would like to create computer-based training to teach learners to use the software. Adobe Captivate 2.0 is a tool that automates the creation of computer-based software training materials. In this course, you will use Adobe Captivate 2.0 to develop demonstrations and interactive simulations of software applications.

Adobe Training Objective

You will create software demonstration and interactive simulation projects using Adobe Captivate 2.0.

Adobe Training Prerequisites

Familiarity with Windows operating system; Microsoft Internet Explorer; and basic computing terminology.

Delivery Method

Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.

Target Student

The audience for this course is beginning and intermediate Adobe Captivate 2.0 users who want to create software demonstrations and interactive simulations.

Hardware Requirements

  • At least 600 MHz Intel Pentium III processor or equivalent
  • 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended)
  • 100 MB available disk space
  • Minimum resolution 800 x 600 (1024 x 768 or higher recommended)
  • Microphone to record audio
  • Speakers and sound card
