E-Business Skills Training Overview

Creating an E-Business entails much more than establishing a Web site. It requires careful and thorough planning. E-Business: Enterprise Wide Planning shows students how to plan an E-Business. Topics such as planning strategies, market analysis, E-Business models, and financing are among the pertinent areas of planning for an E-Business that are explored in this course. Students will learn how to apply planning techniques in these areas in order to use when creating their own E-Businesses.

  • Create a marketing strategy for your E-Business.
  • Develop a financial plan for your E-Business.
  • Write an E-Business plan using the components of a traditional business plan.
