Overview

Microsoft Project is a leading tool for monitoring the flow of resources, projecting budget recommendations, and creating reports that may be compared against actual results. The software offers many possible solutions to make adjustments in order to control complex projects. This program is a hybrid of many other software types including: communication, database, spreadsheet, and scheduling tools. This hands-on class introduces you to the dynamics of creating a schedule, allocating resources while exploring their relationships, and designing a budget.
