Overview:

This advanced skill-level course is for individuals who are proficient in the basic functions, features and commands of Microsoft® Project 2003 and wish to take their skills to the next level. Emphasis is placed on five major topics, including transferring information between other applications, working with multiple projects, sharing resources across projects, advanced resource assignments and customizing the user interface. This workshop is especially suited for those involved in multiple projects, master projects or subprojects and shared resource pools. PDUs = 16.

Audience:

Project managers, team leaders, and team members who need to expand their knowledge of Microsoft Project 2003 beyond the basic and intermediary levels.

Prerequisites

Professional project management experience, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project 2003, and an understanding of Microsoft Excel.
