This course is designed specifically for project team members or anyone that is interested in obtaining an overview of SAP's MM/Purchasing configuration. The goal of this course is to provide participants with an understanding of the configuration of key components of the materials management/purchasing sub-module, including the Org Structure, Account Groups, Partners, Texts, Pricing, Document Types, and Item Categories.. The intent is to prepare the participants for Blueprinting, Functional and Technical writing activities. Participants should walk away from this class with a solid understanding of the configuration of the MM/IM module of SAP and should feel comfortable discussing MM/IM. This course does not teach participants how to do their jobs in SAP.
